How it works
The trial will be planned together with you in advance. This takes into account the characteristics of your products, your targets and production requirements. Our experienced specialists supervise the trials and applications. The systems have advanced automation and measurement technology. We offer continuous and batch trials.
We can offer the following applications in our trial center:
Crystallization
Drying
rPET decontamination
Odor reduction
Heating
Mixing
Feeding
Conveying
You are welcome to carry out the trials together with our team on site or, if you prefer, online with us. It is of course also possible for us to carry out tests on your product without you being present.
What we need from you
For a continuous process trial:
approx. 500 – 1,000 kg – depending on the product
For a batch process trial:
approx. 150 liters - depending on the product
For a laboratory-scale process trial:
approx. 25 liters - depending on the product
