The stable and easy to operate Universal Quick Mixer USM type is used wherever pourable bulk materials must be quickly and economically mixed.
Application. Precise blending of bulk materials.
Products. For example: granules, master batch, compounds, agglomerates, powder, flakes, cut / ground freight.
Form. The USM consists essentially of a cylindrical container with a cone and a centrally-oriented mixing screw.
Mixing screw. Mixing screw is located in a mixing tube.
Function. The product is taken up by the mixing screw and is conveyed upwards through the mixing tube. At the top of the screw an ejector (distributes)casts the material downward, spreading it finely throughout the mixing bin.
Feeding. The mixer can be fed either through a filling device at the top or by the optional lower feed hopper.
Maintenance. The mixer is entirely accessible through a large cover flap and manholes in the cylinder and the cone. Since there are no dead areas, the machine can be quickly and thoroughly cleaned, then used with other products.
Emptying. Emptying can be adjusted to various aggregates, and to individual units.
Cylinder Ø. 600 mm to 2.850 mm.
Height, with direct drive. 1.800 mm to 10.100 mm.
Volume. Volumes from 1 m³ to 40 m³.
Operation. Mixer is easy to service and maintain.
