Underwater Pelletizing (UWP)
Underwater pelletizing (UWP) is one of the key processes in plastics processing when it comes to producing uniform, high-quality pellets. At the same time, the process requires a high degree of precision as well as reliable and durable components.
KPT stands for KREYENBORG PELLETIZING TECHNOLOGIES. In this area, we focus on the targeted further development and optimization of existing UWP systems. In particular, we concentrate on wear-critical parts and key functional components that have a direct impact on product quality and process reliability. These include die plates, blade holders, blades, tapped driving bushes, as well as dryers, dryer screens, and more.
